Season 13 of Melodia Song Contest was hosted in File:Flag of Germany.svg Munich, Germany. The winning country was File:Flag of Sweden.svg Sweden, represented by Winona Oak with their song "If I Were To Die". They scored a total of 120 points in the Grand Final. The runner-up was File:Flag of France.svg France with 116 points.

43 countries initially had planned to participate in the contest. However, both Estonia and France withdrew when their HoD's left the server.
