The first Edition of Melodia Song Contest took place between June 10th, 2019, and June 23rd, 2019. It was hosted at The Hollywood Bowl in California (United States).

City
Los Angeles often referred to by its initials L.A, is the largest city in California, United States of America. It is the commercial, financial, and cultural center of Southern California. Los Angeles is the second-most populous city in the United States after New York City, with a population of roughly 3.9 million residents within the city limits as of 2020. Los Angeles has a Mediterranean climate, an ethnically and culturally diverse population, and a sprawling metropolitan area. It is perhaps best known as the home of the Hollywood film industry.
Venue
The Hollywood Bowl is an amphitheater in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. It was named one of the 10 best live music venues in America by Rolling Stone magazine in 2018. The Hollywood Bowl is known for its distinctive bandshell, originally a set of concentric arches that graced the site from 1929 through 2003, before being replaced with a larger one to begin the 2004 season. The shell is set against the backdrop of the Hollywood Hills and the famous Hollywood Sign to the northeast. The "bowl" refers to the shape of the concave hillside into which the amphitheater is carved. The Bowl is owned by the County of Los Angeles and is the home of the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, the summer home of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and the host venue for hundreds of musical events each year.
Grand Final
There were 13 entries that participated in this Edition. Due to the low numbers, only a Grand Final took place. The overall winner was Ukraine.

Each country awarded their Top 10 songs 12, 10 and 8-1 points respectively. There was no televote.
