Season 12 of Melodia Song Contest was hosted in Lisbon, Portugal. The winning country was Germany, represented by dArtagnan with their song "Ruf der Freiheit". They scored a total of 151 points in the Grand Final. The runner-up was Error creating thumbnail: Finland with 148 points.
