Zakrusta made his debut in the Season 12 of the rebooted Melodia Song Contest (also known as Melodia Song Contest ReImagined or RE:Melodia). Zakrusta has won the contest in Season 19 with the song "Nara" by Mimifly. He also placed third twice, in seasons 17 and 20 with the songs "Medieval" by Shazza and "Jeda" by Aisha Retno respectively.
